Prairie’s unique blend consists of 53% Suri Alpaca/47% Baby Huacaya Alpaca. The combination of softness from the Suri Alpaca and the structure from the Baby Huacaya Alpaca creates a magnificent yarn.

Light, airy, and soft, this single-ply, fingering weight yarn.

Each hank is 50g/273yd and the recommended needle and hook sizes range from 3.5-5.5mm.

When used on its own Prairie creates a sheer, lightweight fabric. When paired with another yarn, it creates a feathery, soft halo. Prairie creates dreamy, finished fabrics and is a versatile option for your next project.
