Class Description

Ellizabeth Zimmemann's percentage system (nicknamed EPS) is a means by which you can make a custom fitted, seamless sweater by multiplying?ÿyour gauge times wanted body circumference. The resulting number equals 100%, or the Key Number (K). Other sweater measurements will be a percentage of K.

You will have the option to make a sweater with either a round yoke (you can even add some Fair Isle patterns here) or raglan sleeves.

This would be a great first sweater!

HOMEWORK

You should have your gauge figured out before the first class. This means a blocked swatch, knit in the round.?ÿA?ÿ handy YouTube video can be found HERE:?ÿ

You should also know what your desired circumference?ÿwill be, by either measuring yourself, or measuring a favorite sweater.?ÿ
