Class Description

Beautifully executed lace patterns are often the most admired of all knitted garments.  All lace patterns are formed using a series of carefully placed increase and decrease stitches.  The intricate arrangement of holes and lines is often simpler than it appears.  In this class we’ll explore nine different lace patterns then add a beaded lace border.

IMPORTANT!

Prior to the first class you will need to purchase the pattern book and yarn, work and block a 4” x 4” swatch in stockinette stitch.  Gauge is extremely crucial in this project from a yardage standpoint.  A looser or tighter gauge will alter the yardage needed to complete the project.
