Harriet's Hat - September 10, 17 & 24
Instructor: Ted Partridge
Date: Tuesday, 9/10, 17 & 24
Skill Level: Intermediate - No fair isle experience required
Harriet, a knitter who lives in the Shetland Islands, created this pattern in an effort to help raise money for their local hospital to purchase am MRI scanner. Without it, the people of Shetland have to make a 13 hr journey (one way) just to get the test. So I reached out to Harriet and obtained permission to sell her patterns with 100% of the pattern sales + $5 from each student's fee to be donated.
If you love the colors in the pattern, we've created kits that are available for purchase in the shop. You may also opt for the 2-color version which is equally beautiful. Either way, we have what you need!
150g fingering weight yarn - If you love the colors in the pattern, we've created kits that are available for purchase in the shop. Or you are welcome to use whatever colors you choose!
2.5 US (3mm) Needles - 16" circular + DPNs for crown decreases
